We are looking for a cross-country aircraft, it should be able to fly at 150kts (yes it's faster than most airclub planes).
The plane should be quite easy to handle, able to use grass strips (even short ones).

So we are looking for a tricycle aircraft, fixed pitch propeller with a good luggage capacity.

Fully laden, it should hold enough fuel to fly for three hours (usually that's the passengers limitation).

For sure it has to be at least a side by side two place (with full dual controls), more seats would be a bonus, but that may not be compatible with our finances.

The aircraft should be easy to use and to maintain, at the most economical cost and using proven and easy available parts and techniques.

These are our wishes, we just have to find something to buy, rent or built that will suit our needs.
