Some small tasks around the inlet on the lower cowl. There will be a seal between the lower lip of the inlet and the ramp. The seal will be glued to a small aluminium strip that will be screwed to the cowl.
The shape is not that easy to get, this is one of the sides drilled to the cowl.

I then drilled the holes for the nuplates on the inner side. I had to move some holes I had drilled as there was some interference with the strip fabricated earlier or the nuplates could not be correctly installed (it's easy to move holes in fiberglass, as you only have to fill the wrong ones).

One hour to refrabricate the template for the rear baffle seal, mark the holes for the baffle seal rivets.
I also cut the front of the forward ramps as they might interfere with the seal during bottom cowl removal.

First I sand all the baffle parts as I intend to prime them shortly. But before that I think it is a ggod idea to cut the baffle seal. The seal have some funny curves so I cut some cardboard templates to see how all will fit. The picture shows them.

I then ckeck that there will be enough material to cut all my parts. Tomorrow I will redo the template for the rear baffles as I now have them in two pieces I think I can cut them in one piece.

Working again on the lower cowl bracket. One of the parts has to be bent and a made the bent a bit too short, so I had to refabricate the part from som leftover aluminium sheet.
I also noted that the nose leg fairing is too long, I will have to cut it at the top.
Ths is a view from below with the part installed.

And here is view from inside the cowl.
Next step will be to prime all the parts fabricated in the last weeks.

I begin fabricating lower cowl aft support bracket. A slot has been cut in the cowl to allow some space for the nose gear and the slut will be covered by bracket that will also add some strength to the cowl.
The picture shows some parts assembled and drilled. The two larger sheets will clamp the cowl into position.
