Frame - Gear leg suppports
|
First I begun by redoing some part of the cabin frame. During the deburrin operation I noticed that I had some edge distance problems on the reinforcing strip. This was due to the fact that the holes on the frame had slightly too much edge distance. As the holes are were far apart, there is enough room to add some rivets in between. On the picture, on the frame above, the countersunk holes are too far from the edges, those in between look good. Then I installed the landing gear leg supports. To do this I had to unscrew two small supports, drill out two nuplates and file a bit some interference with some skin rivets. Working time on this subpart Today : 2h (Total : 92h) |
