Left aileron
|
The left aileron is ready for priming. First we dimpled the skins with Sabine, then all the parts got sanded. I finished by drilling most of the right aileron. On the picture you can see the left aileron leading edge and the pipe used as a counterweight. The pipe gets drilled and countersunk and then acts as a female part of a dimple die to have the skins holes dimpled with the male part fixed on the C-Frame shaft.
