Some small filling on the tips, but I'm fed up with this work, I'll turn to something else.

Today I managed to finish the sanding of the rudder, still the priming to do.

The end in not as near as expected. After a final sanding, I applied some primer and the result is not as ggod as expected. There are a lot of pinholes and some low spots. Still soma sanding to do. Next time I will also change primer, this one is from an car parts store but I have one which should also fill the smaller holes but I will have to shhot it with the paint gun.



To try to solve the pinholes problem I painted a thin layer of pure epoxy on the horizontal stabilizer tips. We'll see how it looks tomorrow.

Today I had enough time to sand all final fill the tips. The most difficult one is the rudder bottom due to the shape of the rear strobe and forward cable supports.
I still have the finish sanding to do, some difficult to reach places to sand correctly and the shoot the primer.

Sanded the tips for one hour, and I'm not done yet.
