The skeleton is complete. The painting did not go as well as expected (I think due to a problem with the gun) and as I have to wait for the paint to dry, I decided to begin working on the elevator.

Still preparing the stiffeners : deburring and dimpling. Next the skins got carefully deburred as they are only 0,016 in thick.

Beginning of the rudder work by cutting and trimming the stiffeners. Each stiffener has to be cut to length then trimmed to allow for the smaller trailing edge. The everything gets deburred ans match drilled to the skins.
Next I begun working on the skeleton by fabricating some small parts from alclad strips.
